Job Summary:
We are looking for a graphic designer who will work as part of a larger marketing team to design a range of marketing and sales materials.
You will be responsible for designing blog images, creative social media images, ebooks, presentation, brochures, infographics and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and create designs that align with the Simform’s brand style and messaging
- Creating and managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to improve design concepts
- Maintaining consistency in design elements across all marketing materials
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led brand. B2B collateral/design background is a bonus but not necessary.
- Bonus points for experience in illustration and data visualization/information design
- A strong, dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design systems, visual storytelling, presentation design, and a refined finesse across digital channels
- Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
- Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, experienced in presenting to senior creative and strategic leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communications field
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator), with working knowledge in After Effects and Indesign.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Google Slides)
