Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Architecture & Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions across hyper scalers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and cost optimization.
Innovation & Technology Integration: Identify, experiment, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, etc.) to drive digital transformation and innovation across various offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver niche technical solutions that aligns with business goals.
Agility & Adaptability: Embrace agile methodologies and foster a flexible, responsive approach to projects, encouraging continuous learning and rapid iteration.
Technical Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering an innovative and forward-thinking culture that values creativity, adaptability, and collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
Programming Experience: 4+ years of experience with Python or Java or Typescript or .NET. Must not be rigid about programming technologies. Should be flexible to adopt.
Cloud Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with any of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Innovative Mindset: Proven ability to identify and experiment with emerging technologies to solve complex problems and deliver business value.
Multi-disciplinary Skills: Strong understanding of modern development practices, microservices, serverless architectures, and APIs. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern automation tools.
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of best practices in cloud security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively explain complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, etc.).
Experience with Emerging Tech: Hands-on experience with AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, or other innovative technologies.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrated passion for learning modern technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.
