Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves managing IT operations, implementing technology solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure.
Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and best practices.
Oversee IT resource allocation for efficient operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software systems.
Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in IT Infrastructure & Security preferred.
Experience: 9+ years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, ITSM tools, security practices, and virtualization technologies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) are a plus.
