Role Overview:
We are looking to hire an experienced Modern Work Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with a Microsoft Distributor or Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) Partner, supporting enterprise and SMB customers across Microsoft Modern Work solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Handle tenant setup, user management, license assignment, security policies, and compliance configurations
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Office 365 workloads
- Work closely with internal teams, distributors, and Microsoft CSP ecosystems to deliver Modern Work solutions
- Support customer onboarding, migrations, and post-deployment operations
- Ensure best practices for security, governance, and performance across Modern Work platforms
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–8 years of total IT experience with a strong focus on Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Mandatory experience working with a Microsoft Distributor or Microsoft CSP Partner
- Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Good understanding of identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID), licensing, and security concepts
- Experience handling multiple customer tenants in a partner-managed environment
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills
Good to have:
- Microsoft certifications related to Modern Work or Office 365 (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers
- Exposure to migrations (email, files, collaboration workloads)
