Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to break down complex project requirements and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both clients and technical teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and feasibility analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and elicit clear and definite project requirements from clients.
Document project requirements including SRS/FRS, SOW, proposals, diagrams, user stories, and technical documentation.
Facilitate discussions with the technical team to clarify doubts, mitigate risks, and ensure project feasibility.
Interface with clients to understand their requirements and processes through meetings and discussions.
Lead the requirements gathering and discovery phase, ensuring thorough documentation and validation.
Capture business requirements in the form of a Business Requirement Document (BRD).
Prepare time and cost estimates and conduct feasibility analysis for all projects.
Create wireframes using the latest wireframing tools and develop clickable prototypes.
Prepare solution presentations for key accounts to support the sales team in successful project closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and technologies in Web, Mobile Platforms, and Cloud Services.
Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Engineering or a related field.
Deep understanding of the SDLC lifecycle and tools used during development.
Experience in business analysis and consulting across multiple domains.
