Job role:
We are looking for a reliable Solution Architect for our Armakuni business unit to provide solutioning for our enterprise customers. The solution architect will understand the customer's requirement and translate it to the technical teams and will work closely with our internal teams on deliverables in time.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer requirements.
- Own the implementation of the provided solution.
- Document the solutioning.
- Escalate issues at the right time to the management and avoid last minute shockers.
- Work closely with the involved teams and drive teams towards the deliverables.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
Requirement:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical projects or IT projects.
- Excellent domain knowledge.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Deep understanding about the all the apps that are involved.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
