Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic ReactJS Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. You will work on modern web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and state management tools like Redux Toolkit. This role offers hands-on experience in building high-quality, scalable UI components while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain responsive, high-performing web applications using ReactJS.
Understand business requirements and convert them into clean, maintainable front-end logic.
Write, test, and ship high-quality code following best practices.
Integrate front-end screens with REST APIs.
Implement effective state management using Redux Toolkit or similar tools.
Optimize components for performance across browsers and devices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and post-release.
Stay updated with React ecosystem trends and emerging front-end tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1–3 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.
Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and functional programming concepts.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
Experience working with Redux Toolkit, React Query, Context API, or other state management tools.
Familiarity with front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, etc.).
Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
Familiarity with RESTful API integrations.
Good to have:
Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering concepts.
Knowledge of GraphQL.
Experience with SASS, CSS Modules, or tailwind.
Exposure to animations (GSAP, Framer Motion) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic exposure to Node.js (optional but welcome).
